Join us for our Fall Hear Here show! A Person Disguised As People is named after the local artist label representing each of the three artists who will perform. Moat Bells, SXXN, and propulse are all part of an exciting and growing independent electronic music scene here in London.

Moat Bells is Chris McInerney, a London, Ontario electronic musician creating vivid sonic works of kaleidoscopic rhythms and atmospherics. Invoking experimental, ambient, techno, IDM, shoegaze, and downtempo influences, Moat Bells’ songs layer hazy textures with poignant melody and eclectic rhythms.

In June 2022, Moat Bells released Bones of Things EP for the A Person Disguised as People record label, following the debut full-length Scroll Through the Park album in September 2021.

More recently they have collaborated with multidisciplinary artist Andrew Noseworthy on the project "Ambient Works" which bridged the gap between classical and electronic composition. In 2022, they released "Dawn Series" via A Person Disguised As People, an eclectic ten track album wide-ranging in genre and style. They are currently working on production for Toronto-based electro-R&B singer R. Flex.
