...and then the city features a sprawling series of short statements generated in response to the specific situations and realities that arise out of a place, with each statement offering a possible “ending” to what seems to be the cyclical nature of cities — hope, failure, bad decisions, nostalgia, construction, sprawl, gentrification, isolation, devotion, etc.
The exhibition will feature works based on our research of London, including a number of large-scale texts, text-based video will, an interactive fill-in-the-blank story, and a short publication.
