Exciting News—Submissions for the Members’ Show & Sale, Synthesis, are now open, from October 15 to November 2!
The Members’ Show and Sale is FCG’s longest-running annual exhibition and serves as an important fundraising event for the year. The show will be on view from November 15th - December 12th, 2025.
The Members’ Show & Sale is a great way for artists in the community to connect and develop new audiences, while offering an entry point into the collection of unique artworks by artists in London and region.
Save the Date! The Opening Reception will be on Saturday, November 15th from 7-9pm.
Submissions are due by Sunday, November 2nd at 11:59pm. Artists may submit up to two works.
This year, we have created an online form for submissions. However, if a hard copy of the form is needed for accessibility, you can find it below to download and email it to info@forestcitygallery.com with an image of your work(s).

Important Dates for participating artists:
Duration of Exhibition: November 15 - December 12, 2025
Opening Reception: Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 7-9PM
Submit Application: by Sunday, November 2, 2025
Drop-Off of Artworks at FCG:
● Tuesday, November 4 (12-5PM),
● Wednesday, November 5 (12-6PM),
● Thursday, November 6 (12-7PM)
Pick Up of Artworks begins: Saturday, December 13, 2025
Pick Up of Artworks:
● Saturday, Dec 13 (12-5PM),
● Sunday, Dec 14 (12-4PM),
● Monday, Dec 15 (5-7PM)
Artists can submit one work for exhibition at a maximum size of 48” x 36.” Artists can also submit a second additional work at a maximum size of 30” x 24.” Artists are also welcome to submit artist multiples. All artworks must be ready to hang or display. For 3D artists, please note that FCG has a limited number of plinths, so alternate plans for presentation may need to be arranged with the gallery.
Deadline
All information must be submitted to the Google Form by Sunday, November 2nd, 2025. Hard copies can be emailed or dropped off between October 15th — Nov 2nd, 2025 during gallery hours, if needed. However, we encourage you to submit online if possible.
